Orders must be picked up during period of time chosen by customer. All deliveries are pre-determined, scheduled ahead of time and acknowledge by the customer. All orders are required to accept our Delivery Policy prior to check out, both online and orders placed in person.
Orders not picked up by customer on time are not refundable. Furthermore, customers with orders pending payment of time of pick up and do not pick up, may be required to pay all orders in advance going forward.
All juice products are made fresh daily, with limited shelf life. Any juice product not picked up is a potential loss for us. Please help us keep our amazing juice products at affordable prices.
Flor De Lima Farms is free to make exceptions for customers on a case by case basis. We strive for customer satisfaction and to build a lasting relationship with our customers.
